I'm Not Gay.

But if I was, I would be disgusted by the new policy America is introducing.  They are planning to allow openly gay people into the military.  Great, good on them, congrats.  Not got a problem with it.

But they are going to reinstate the "Don't ask, don't tell" rule that says that people aren't encouraged to disclose their sexuality to their peers.

WHAT THE FUCK!!

Why make a big deal out of saying you will allow them in, but then tell them that they have to hide themselves away??  By definition, openly gay means that they are out there, they are telling everyone, and they have no shame in who they are.  Saying you will accept them, but only if they shut the hell up, is totally WRONG america!   That's like saying I accept that chocolate is not good for my weight, but starting a Cadbury's Diet.
America, you have one fucked up sense of moral fortitude if you even THINK that this new policy will make you a hero in the eyes of the rest of the world.  It only proves that you are more fucked up than originally thought.
Pull your heads out, and realise that you need to either accept or not accept openly gay people in the military.  You can't have the middle ground of accepting them, then enforcing conditions on that acceptance.  That's just stupid.  Plain and simple.

Note to my american friends out there................... this is not a personal attack, just a verbal bullet aimed at the policy makers in your country.  Cos they are messed up in the head.  Seriously.

Agree or disagree with me??  Come and tell me!!  :)

  1. I totally agree with you what does one's sexual preference have to do with their ability to defend their country? Are they (the military) afraid instead of fighting they are going to give the enemy makeover's? They wouldn't be worried about who was at their backside if they kept it from getting shot off I know I wouldn't

  2. Exactly Paula. It's not the whole let them in or don't let them in angle that annoys me about this, it's the "conditional acceptance" which cannot be classed as acceptance at all, except my vote hungry politicians who think that the people are too stupid to see through their deception. They are not in any way accepting of having gay people in the military, if they reinstate the "don't ask, don't tell" rule.
Don't be fooled by the bullshit people, SPEAK OUT!
